How to get swimming!
Follow the online registration link OR print off the registration form and waiver and bring to the lake (you can pay by cash or cheque)
Free Trial: Bring a signed waiver to the lake and find me (Emma) before you get in the water!
Note: When registering with Triathlon Ontario please choose Kelso Open Water Swimming as your club to receive the club athlete discount
RULES

All swimmers are required to check in and out with the lifeguards on duty.

Swimming at Kelso Lake, outside of the beach area, is permitted only during Kelso Open Water Swimming supervised times. Those not following this rule could be ticketed ($75.00). This could also jeopardize the open water swimming that we all enjoy.

ALL swimmers must submit a signed waiver as well as be a current member of Triathlon Ontario (http://www.triathlonontario.com)
